BABAXPK (OPC) Private Limited is incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 as a One Person Company. The company maintains all statutory filings with the Registrar of Companies and is committed to responsible governance and transparent disclosure.

All business activities are conducted in accordance with applicable Indian laws including the Companies Act, FEMA, DGFT regulations, DGCA rules for UAV operations, WPC regulations for wireless equipment and applicable export-control frameworks.

The company does not publish personal residential addresses, DIN numbers, nominee details or individual shareholder identity information beyond what is legally required for public disclosure.
