Regulatory Notice

BABAXPK (OPC) Private Limited operates in the aerospace and unmanned-systems sector, which is subject to regulation by multiple Indian and international authorities. This notice summarises key regulatory considerations.

DGCA — Unmanned Aircraft Systems

UAV design, manufacturing, import, sale and flight operations in India are subject to Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) regulations. BABAXPK will comply with all applicable DGCA requirements before conducting flight operations or selling UAV systems commercially.

DGFT — Import and Export

Import and export of aerospace components, UAV systems and related equipment is subject to DGFT regulations, applicable export-control frameworks and customs requirements.

WPC — Wireless Equipment

All wireless and radio-frequency equipment must comply with Wireless Planning and Coordination (WPC) Wing regulations. BABAXPK will obtain applicable approvals before operating or selling wireless equipment.

CEMILAC / Defence

Defence and military-grade aerospace systems may require certification from CEMILAC and compliance with defence procurement regulations.
